Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all hygiene seals are intact, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service of your choice to ensure safe delivery.
Quality Inspection & Refund
